We no longer wanted to care for a house and yard. We love that the maintenance at Sugar Hill covers everything from shoveling snow to changing light bulbs!
Unique and financially within our means. Residents have a voice in the way Sugar Hill operates.
Someone is always around to help when we need them. Staff is excellent, cheerful, and helpful.
Why Choose a Cooperative?
Sugar Hill Retirement Community operates on a unique financial structure featuring stock ownership. Rather than a large, up-front investment typically required in other types of retirement communities, Sugar Hill residents are shareholders who help to determine the future of the community. Five resident members serve on the community board of directors.
