Fees & Information

* Monthly Fee - $964 to $1,188 for Single Occupancy (Add $80 a month for an additional resident)
* Monthly Fees include property taxes, ground lease rent, insurance, repairs and maintenance, snow and trash removal, grounds maintenance, replacement reserve fund, 24-hour emergency monitoring system, and scheduled transportation. Monthly fees for apartments include heat.

* Dining Fee - $262.50 for 15 Meals for single occupancy (Add $175.50 for 10 Meals for an additional resident)

** Dining Fees are required for all residents. Single Occupancy must purchase a minimum of 15 meals a month. A two resident apartment or cottage must purchase a minimum of 25 meals a month. Unused meals can be "rolled over" throughout the fiscal year. Unused meals can be used for guest meals. Residents can purchase additional meals for $17.50 per meal.
